All mini bus bookings are to be made through Rex Phare, either by phone at 01761 412912, or by using the Online Booking Form

The Minibus may only be driven by persons over the age of 25, who have completed a Drivers Declaration, and provided a copy of their driving licence to the minibus coordinator. All drivers should be be familiar with the Guidelines for Safe Use of Minibuses. a copy of which can be found in the drivers door pocket of the minibus.

The keys for the Bus will be left in the pigeon hole of the section that has requested the bus.

Before use, all checks on the usage form are to be carried out.

After use the mileage sheet which is contained in the Clipboard in the bus must be completed
